Pastor James McConnell was orphaned as a young boy. At just seventeen he became the pastor of a church with a congregation of ten people. Whitewell, his church, is the place where thousands of souls have been won for the Lord Jesus Christ,during forty-eight years of unbroken service - a truly exciting testimony to God's power at work in the province of Northern Ireland. It is hard to comprehend, that this little acorn of only ten people which began in 1957 in North Belfast, would eventually multiply thirty, sixty and one hundred fold into a towering oak tree of three thousand people. James McConnell is a great man of God, a man of faith and prayer. A man moving in the miraculous dimensions of the Holy Spirit. He is an outstanding preacher and communicator. Rev. Kong Hee (born August 23, 1964) is the founder of City Harvest Church, Singapore. Rev. Kong Hee is known throughout Singapore and Asia as a dynamic teacher on faith based on Charismatic Movement, preaching strongly on promoting character and Charismatic Christianity. As a young man, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore, and thereafter went on to obtain his Master of Divinity in 1991 and Doctor of Theology in 1995. Pastor Kong sits on the executive committee of the National Council of Churches of Singapore. Together with his wife, Ho Yeow Sun, a popular but controversial singer among the world's Chinese communities, they are attempting to train people with the sole purpose of creating strong local churches everywhere in Asia.

Paul is the Senior Pastor of CFC. He leads the eldership and staff teams giving vision and oversight into the direction and values of the church. He is responsible for CFCs? public meetings, preaching regularly on Sundays and at the Alpha Course. He teaches a class on Leadership and Preaching at the Source Leadership School in Belfast of which he is the President.

Paul also leads the LifeLink Network of Churches based in Ireland but with churches overseas. He gives oversight to a number of churches in Ireland, the UK, USA, Canada and Europe. He continues, with Priscilla his wife, to travel extensively speaking at conferences and churches around the world.
